Coming from A1 Firenze-Milano motorway, take the Bologna Casalecchio exit; beyond the toll-gate take the second exit, towards Vignola / Bazzano / Maranello (highway).

Coming from A13 Padova-Venezia motorway, take the Bologna Arcoveggio exit, and join the tangenziale towards Casalecchio.

Coming from A14 Ancona Rimini motorway, take the Bologna S.Lazzaro exit, and join the tangenziale towards Casalecchio.

Coming from other directions, join the tangenziale of Bologna, towards Casalecchio.

Coming from the tangenziale of Bologna, towards Casalecchio, arrive until the exit #1 (the closest exit before the Bologna Casalecchio toll-gate for Firenze), and take it following the road sign towards Vignola / Bazzano / Maranello highway.

Run 3 km (2 miles) along this highway, passing the PalaMalaguti and the Carrefour / Ikea / Castorama centers (very showy on the left side), and take the third exit, following the road sign towards Zola Predosa city center and Zola Predosa industrial zone.

ATTENTION: the first two exits (commercial centers), very close each other, also have a sign towards Zola Predosa, but do not take them

From this point you have yet 1.2 km to run through Zola Predosa city center.

Beyond the exit, at the cross-roads, turn left in Via Roma, cross the round (under the highway), and follow again Via Roma, passing a railway, thus finishing in a cross-roads with Via Risorgimento; join it turning right.

Shortly after Via Risorgimento crosses the Lavino creek by a small bridge, followed by a traffic light.

Run 50 m. after the traffic light, thus turn left in Via Predosa (Tecnocasa agency corner), rising towards the hills.

After 600 m. (1/2 mile), the fifth side-street on the left is Via Serena; the n. 12 is on the right side, near a tree-lined place with a parking and some shop-windows at the ground level.
